Q) CO2 calculation for ship?

A) let the cylinder contain 45.4 kg of gas
 capacity of cylinder = 68 ltrs
filling ratio = 0.67
empty cylinder weight =80 kg  volume of free CO2=0.56m^3

 E.R gross volume = X without casing 40%
E.R gross volume = Y including casing 35%
volume free air in air bottles = Z

volume of max. cargo hold = A (30%)

calculation formula :
amount of CO2 in one cylinder= 45.4 kg
amount of CO2 in N no. of cylinder= N*45.4 Kg
space occupied by single cylinder= 45.4*0.56
space occupied by N no. of cylinder= N*45.4*0.56
 space to be occupied= (X+Z)*0.4 and (Y+Z)*0.35 and (A*0.3)
1.    ((X+Z)*0.4)/(0.56*45.4)=  no. of bottles
2.    ((Y+Z)*0.35)/(0.56*45.4)= no. of bottles
3.    (A*0.3)/(0.56*45.4)= no. of bottles
out of these three the maximum number of bottles are chosen. Quantity of gas is calculated on largest space basis.
